I am a Litigation, Labor and Tort Lawyer with a double university degree.
I am enrolled in the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and participate in the Argentine Judicial System (being also a European-Italian citizen) being registered with the pertinent judicial bodies and regulatory entities.

With an impeccable record and no criminal record (convictions or dismissals) (Certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Nation - Year 2025).

I maintain ongoing academic and professional training, with 121 successful participations, providing up-to-date legal and technical knowledge. This training consists of on-the-job training, university courses, specialization courses, and national and international conferences. I also attended and continue to attend the CPACF Graduate School (ARG), where the prestigious negotiation program at Harvard University (USA) stands out.

I participate as an adjunct member in the Argentine Association of Constitutional Justice and the Association of Labor Lawyers, where we constantly work to improve the judicial system in our respective areas.

My work experience includes the successful management of my own company (without conviction or bankruptcy) fulfilling the objective for which it was established and the outstanding (rated 10 by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the CABA) Professional Work Practice, carried out for the Judicial Branch of the CABA in the UIT of the Eastern Criminal Prosecutor's Office, participating in hundreds of cases.

Author and writer of writings on labor law and constitutional law (Of which the one selected by the AAJC for the VIII Congress of Constitutional Justice stands out).

I currently practice independently in Buenos Aires, offering high-quality legal services and representation in proceedings before specialized agencies, and I have valid professional insurance.
